Be Steadfast

"You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you."
                                                                                                                                 Isaiah 26:3

A brisk 10-minute walk at least once a day as good at 10,000 steps ...     In the midst of all the anxiety and uncertainty, God is consistent and steady. When we keep ourselves steadfast toward him, He keeps us in peace. If we allow our minds to think of the worst case scenario we can begin a downward spiral of anxious thoughts that will take us to some pretty dark places. However; if we keep our thoughts and meditations on God, our faith stays connected to our problems. It's only when we allow ourselves to dwell hours on end on gloom and doom that our faith becomes disconnected from our problems. While you live in uncertain times, dwell on the certainty of God. Keep your faith connected. Be steadfast!
